Colorado State Land Board
Overview
The State Land Board generates reasonable and consistent income over time to protect and enhance the natural value of state land trusts. The agency is the second-largest landowner in the state and leases land for agriculture, grazing, commercial real estate, right-of-ways, renewable energy, oil, gas and solid minerals.
